I want to compare because if it is caused by windows updates then reverting back might just be the solution we need. Which means that most probably it's a software issue and only Windows is the one responsible for any changes since they are the one responsible for making things work for whatever the drivers are given to them by the company(Realtek for example).Ĭould you check your windows version by typing "winver" on your desktop's search box or just press the windows key and then type it. It's not like the hardware is faulty since IT DOES WORK "sometimes". You can't say that you have to change the hardware because it's incompatible(that solution is not applicable for our problem).

The problem is, if there's software/hardware incompatibilities with the latest update, things go wrong. The good thing is if there's a problem, they can just send an "update" to everyone. That's the same with these desktops/laptops. After a few weeks you'll receive a recall letter that says a very important part of the vehicle is not working and if you don't bring it you might get in an accident. You thought that by buying new cars, no problem would arise. When a phone is newly released, as great as they are, the makers of the phone(hardware and software-wise) do not really know what's going to go wrong until they deploy the product regardless of the amount of testing and improvement they do on it. I guess you could compare it with smartphone operating system.

Windows 10 hasn't been the best since it's release and a lot of updates causes issues with software/drivers.
